Terms and Conditions

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, designs, videos, and other materials (“Content”)—is the exclusive property of Goode Special Education Services unless otherwise stated.

 

The Content is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

 

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any Content without prior written consent.

Service Policies 

Payment for service is due upfront. I accept Zelle, Venmo, cash, or checks.

Tutoring Policy - I understand that things come up. If you need to cancel a tutoring session, please inform me with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within less than 24 hours notice, I ask that you pay 50% of the service fee ($37.50). I ask for this fee because I reserve the tutoring slot just for your student and I have to arrange for childcare during this time. I do not offer refunds for tutoring services.

IEP Deep Dive Policy - I will have my written summary to you within one week of receiving your child's most recent report and IEP. You are able to cancel for a refund before you have sent me these documents. Once I have these documents, I cannot offer a refund.

Advocacy/Consultation Policy - Sometimes meetings get changed at the last minute and I know how challenging that can be to navigate. Please give me as much notice as possible if a meeting is going to be cancelled or rescheduled. I need to arrange childcare and have other clients. Please note that I cannot promise any specific outcome when advocating for your child in an IEP meeting.

 

If you book the four hour package and wish to cancel once services have begun, I will keep $75 for every hour used and refund the rest to you.

When using advocacy/consultation time, I will keep a log of time used and will share that with you upon request.
